Do you ship internationally?

Yup! I ship to most countries! Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Due to recent supply shortages, clasps may contain traces of nickel. All necklaces are lead and cadmium free. 

Are custom orders available?

I do not offer customs.

How should I take care of my jewelry?

Many pieces from Apr1l Fools Jewels contain glass, crystals and/or ceramic beads. Treat your jewelry pieces with care as these materials can crack or shatter. Store them in cool and dry places such as a jewelry box or stand. Keep away from water, children and pets.

Are the crystals real?

Yes! Every crystal listed is 100% real. 

Do you have a physical shop?

Nope! Just selling online.

When will my order ship and how long will it take?

US shipping can take up to 7 days. NYC orders typically arrive within 3 days. International shipping can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks, check your email (and spam folders) for your tracking information!

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders come with tracking information which will be sent to your email after it is processed which may take up to 7 days.

I put the wrong address/name, what now? 

Contact me ASAP (within 24 hours) on IG or via email (apr1lf00lsjewels@gmail.com). DO NOT contact me on Snapchat with questions about your order!

Can I return an item or get a refund?

Due to Covid-19, I currently do not accept returns. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me via email with photos apr1lf00lsjewels@gmail.com (the I and OO's are a 1 and zeroes) or via Instagram @apr1lf00lsjewels.
