About Me

Hi! My name is AJ (she/her) and I am the creator of Apr1l F00ls Jewels. I am 21 years old and a native New Yorker. My designs are inspired by spirituality, nature, and my love for colors. Every single piece is designed and created by me in my apartment. The name for my brand was inspired by my birthday, which is April Fools Day,  as well as the tarot card, The Fool. The Fool represents unlimited potential, opportunity, curiosity, and youth. 

In the summer of 2020, I began creating necklaces for myself, my friends, and my family. After posting about my creations online, people voiced their interest in owning some of my pieces, and voilà, Apr1l F00ls Jewels was born.
